When I came to Tanya I was carrying around "emotional stuff". I had negative feelings towards myself and others. Four months later, for the first time in my life, I have answers to questions I was too afraid to seek on my own. I am now reconnecting and growing into my true self. Everyone is different, not everyone's story is the same, but one thing that applies to everyone I think; is that it is a collaborative effort of both the coach and client. Tanya has literally coached me along the way. Her support comes from a genuine place, that is comfortable, making it easy and helping me heal.
